Our First Valentine’s Day

Lately haven’t been updating because every weekends since Jan, I have so many 21st birthday celebrations to attend! For this month, i’ve already attended 2 haha.

Anyway apart from my packed schedule, i manage to squeeze out some time to celebrate our first Valentine’s Day together, as this year’s V-day coincides with CNY. So yup, we went to the Singapore Airshow 2010! Tho this year’s one was a real disappointment compared to the one in 2008, the company made up for that :) thanks boyfriend for accompanying me there when i wanted to go for the airshow. We meet at the airport super early so as to avoid the crowd, and as usual i was late so we had to give our breakfast together a miss. So bf ended up buying breakfast for me :)

The weather was perfect!We went to the exhibition hall for a walk. This is how the cockpit looks like.Next we queued up for 45mins to try the flight stimulator, and it’s ain’t easy at all! haha i had a hard time controlling it and i landed out of the runway -.- but bf did a good job (:

Got out of the exhibition hall, and took pictures with the planes exhibits. Tthe weather was beautiful that day that we couldn’t stop taking pictures! haha.Getting ready for the airshow! We were a lil kiasu as we went there early to get a good place to see the airshow haha. So that explains why we were so burnt the next day.

Beautiful creations isn’t it :) Great weather. Colours of the sea beach and the flowers go so well together.

After the airshow, i approached a person with professional cameras to help us take a picture. And the first picture came out to be very blurred, and he said it isn’t v good. So i told him u have to do a manual adjustment to focus first before capturing the picture. Then after taking 2 more pictures for us (the one at the top right and the last picture of the post), then he suggested why don’t you put it to auto. THEN i still didn’t get what he said, and bf then changed the lens thing from M to M/A. So all along i was using manual and i didn’t know, how noob -.- but now i know haha.And last but not least, picture of the day ♥

After approximately staying there for 5 hours, we decided to catch 14 Blades at Downtown East. We had dinner after that, and found a bench by the beach to spend the rest of our time there till nightfall :)

Wrong Time

Sick. Missed FR lesson this morning. Wrong time to be sick. CNY’s coming and all the goodies are waiting for me. Prelims are coming and i cant afford to be lying in bed nursing my horrible flu and headache. Geez.

The Love For Taking Pictures

A quick update! After lesson, met up with Jen for dinner and we happen to see QQ and Gwen there as well. Had dessert after that before heading back home.Too bored on bus haha. And i realise we can take photos anywhere whenever we want to, which is good (: hahah.My fav one among the cam-whore pictures! Look at his face haha -.- NO wonder after the last shot when he asked me why didn’t i see how the pic turns out to be -.-We have a whole lot of pictures :))

Hibernation Mode

Dear Leyi, HAPPY 21st BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!! :))

I’m trying very hard to put my laptop into hibernation mode, until end of May. But hmm… CAN I?? haha. Slowly I will try not to go online everyday, *crosses my finger haha.

Oh and that incorrigible money sucker is coming back for CNY. His skin is even thicker than rhinoceroses. You have alr gotten what you shouldn’t even be getting yet you still want more. Be prepared to see our black face, and pls dun expect me to address you that when in the first place your actions doesn’t even reflect the title that i should be addressing you. And don’t ever try to sweet talk me again if nt i will just snap back. You’re not even my ‘real’ relative and you’re back just for more money. We’re not 3-year old kids for heaven’s sake. And to the next issue. If you don’t even have the basic respect to send the wedding invitation card (this incident made me detest you even more), which made grandpa so upset, which alot of us think it’s not worth it at all for grandpa to feel that way, don’t expect us to treat you like one of us. Anyway i don’t even treat you like one of us. You are just so disgusting. You’re just an outsider to me.

My Favourite La Mian

After my lesson ended at 6.30pm, I decided to have noodles for dinner at Crystal Jade’s La Mian Xiao Long Bao (which is usually rare because normally bf needs to have rice for dinner), because bf’s stomach was a lil crappy after eating so much for the past few days. He even had a food competition in the afternoon. So much for torturing yourself to eat so much -.- So we each had a bowl of noodles with a dish of meat!

Oh and did i mention tt i always order their ShangHai La Mian everytime without fail when i patronise the restaurant haha (: do try it! I prefer eating this La Mian compared to the rest because it has qing dan the kou wei (translate it to English on yr own) and i can’t take too spicy food! haha.

It was Leyi’s 21st Birthday Celebration!

It was at Chinatown, and coincidentally it was the opening ceromony of CNY (i think) haha. And see the picture of the Duxton, ohh its so niceee!

Upon reaching there, we were given masks or cute glittering hats as the theme’s Masquarade (: And bf accpeted LY’s invitation and accompanied me there too! Thank you bf for being the photographer for the day haha.

We started taking pictures non-stop :D

4 of us were saboed up to represent our group for the game of Pictionary. And my grp’s score was the second highest!

The birthday cake was… Strawberry shortcake! Delicious (:

After the party ended, we helped to clean up and the 7 of us, including bf, went for dessert together.

Shopping with Mum and Grandma

I just reach home after shopping with my mum and grandma the whole day, as my mum took leave today to accompany to shop for my CNY clothes, and to bring my grandma for some church elderlys thing which was held at JW’s hse in the morning.

We had lunch at Ion’s food court (and i think the food there are nice! tho it’s abit more pricey than normal food courst) and we shopped around Ion. After which we headed over to Ngee Ann City and then to Taka. Had Italian food at Taka, before cabbing back home with stuffs for everyone, including my dad and my brother’s clothes for CNY (:

I bought 2 sets, but i’m short of a more formal one for CNY day 1. I’m also in need of daily shoes and sandals, and not forgetting bags haha.

Where’s That Motivation?

INCLUDING public holidays, weekends, etc, I ONLY HAVE MERE 103 DAYS MORE TO MY FINALS. This time i’m really doomed. I totally can’t smoke through like how i did last year. Because most my modules this year are crazy. FR FM ELC ME. Prelims are reaching, and i can say i’m not prepared at all. Detest the procrastination in me. Argh.

So where’s my motivation to study? Please come back to me as i really need you badly.

Swinging Down The Road

We celebrated a day later as bf had 3 lessons, from 0830 to 2200 on friday, but it’s alright as we can always celebrate on other days! Yup, so we met in the afternoon and went to get movie tickets for ‘It’s Complicated’ first before heading to town for shopping and dinner so as to avoid the long queue in the evening. Yay thanks bf for patiently accompanying the choosy one to buy her stuffs! (: hahah. Well, and for dinner, we had Japanese food again. Why again, because while we were about to finish our food, bf mentioned that we seems to have Jap food everytime for our monthly anni dinner unknowingly haha. So i guess it’s time for some changes. Give us some recommendations for good food in town if you have any! After dinner, we caught ‘It’s Complicated’, which bf enjoyed alot, but to me it’s okie only because some of the parts when almost the whole theatre was laughing, i was trying to figure out what were they laughing at :S Some weird terms used i guess. But anyway after the movie, bf suggested supper at Rocher as he knows that i’m always craving for tao huay :D Oh yes and i hate my two big fat uclers which hindered my eating for so many days. It is the first time i had two uclers in a row for so many days. Grr. I had alr drank more plain water and liang cha but yet the uclers are still there. Plus this forced me to cut down on unheathly food and chocolates just for that two irritating uclers. Please go away my irritating uclers, i can live well without you heh.

Back to the the pictures we’ve took that day! (camera phone pictures for now till the pictures in the camera are uploaded)And the sweet bf knows that i love taking photos (well i suppose he loves taking as well hahah), so he downloaded photo applications for us to take pictures together :))

Remember the times we often patronise ‘Big Book Shop’ for the neoprint machines, the times we had during our China trip during end of Primary 5, the lil conflicts that we had in Primary Schools haha, but nonetheless, it’s great knowing you for so long! Every Second Counts

After our last official 13th meeting, met bf after that and we went for supper.

Even though it’s just a short supper date at MacDonalds,

I love every second that we spent together, eating and chatting, during the 2 hrs just now (:

I wonder why we always have soo many things to talk about hahah.

The First Hurdle

It was quite a sudden thing and was only confirmed today, therefore it was rather informal. (sry abt that bf!)

But for the first half, it turned out better than i’ve expected (:

As for the second half, we shall see how it goes… haha.

One of My New Resolutions

Okie i will not say what will this resolution be…

But i guess this will be easy to figure out after you’ve read through the things i’ve written below:

if i happen to turn u guys down for outings suppers etc, or i have to leave early due to curfew, or i say i have to study, or any other reasons, please do understand alright?

And if you know that i am going to break one of those listed above, do give me a gentle reminder okie. I’ll appreciate it very much :))

Until my exam finishes, i will date you guys out :) But of course, i will still go out, just that it won’t be that frequent.

For now, i’ve chosen the road that i’m going to take. I hope that i will stick to what i’ve planned!
